Following the receipt of a mandate from our client, the acquisition process commenced with the selection of the aircraft best suited to their unique operational needs. By utilizing Mira’s broad global network, we promptly launched an extensive procurement workflow.
This included the preparation of the Letter of Intent, coordination of the aircraft’s physical inspection together with our client, negotiation and execution of the purchase agreement and successful completion of all pre-purchase inspections.
